Here are some tips and advices:
you should be active whenever you feel stress. do more activity whether walking, jogging, gardening, housecleaning, swimming, dancing, singing....however, make sure these activities are not the reason which made u stress.
Eating healthy food is a part of taking care of yourself. Aim to eat a variety fruits, vegetables, and whole grain .
Some people may deal with stress by using too much caffeine, alcohol, eating too much, using the illegal substance. These habit can harm your health.
during meditation you can focus on yourself, quiet, and skip the noisy environment. Meditation can instill a sense of calm, peace and balance.
Laughter fire up and cool down your stress response. So read some jokes, tell some jokes, watch comedy or hang out and the funny friends.
Sleeping is the time for brain to recharge your body, so sleep at least 6-8h. If you have trouble with sleep, make sur that you have a quiet, relaxing bedtime routine.
