Showering is a daily activity for people to do, people shower every day but some people may not know that showering is also a solution for reducing stress.
Here are some things to do while showering to reduce stress:

Creating your own happiness is when u start to make yourself happy by doing what you love to do, when you are happy you will forget about all the stress you’ve got, but sometimes we cant do thing we love because we don’t have the chance to or maybe it is really impossible for us to do it.Creating your own happiness is like creating your own world u can just do it by imagining things u want to do within your mind for instance, u want to be spider man, a villain or anything u love u can imagine and start playing that character to make ur own happiness.The best place u can do it is while you’re under the shower or maybe in the bathtub.
This may sound delusional, but sometimes being delusional is a way to reduce your stress.
