Practice self-care: Setting aside time to practice self-care may help you reduce your stress levels. Practical example include some kind of this: take a break and drink some water, go for a walk outside, taking a bath, lighting candles, reading a motivation book or magazine, do exercise, preparing healthy meal, stretching before bed and get enough sleep, practice a hobby and practice daily yoga.
Get enough sleep: Irregular go to bed and get 7 or 9hours of sleep a day can increase stress and lead to poor decision making and reduce overthinking.
