Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives.

How to reduce stress out of your mind?
=> Some tip that can help you to reduce stress:



Practice self-care: Setting aside time to practice self-care may help you reduce your stress levels. Practical example include some kind of this: take a break and drink some water, go for a walk outside, taking a bath, lighting candles, reading a motivation book or magazine, do exercise, preparing healthy meal, stretching before bed and get enough sleep, practice a hobby and practice daily yoga.  


 Get enough sleep: Irregular go to bed​​ and get 7 or 9hours of sleep a day can increase stress and lead to  poor decision making and reduce overthinking. 







Spend time with friends and  familyHaving strong social ties may help you get through stressful times and is important for overall mental well-being.

Yoga is widely used for stress reduction. It may help lower stress hormone levels and blood pressure.

Follow a healthy diet:
Eat a healthy food and plenty of vegetables and fruit everyday it will make you feel reduce stress and feel relax.
