   Stress occurs when individuals perceive that they cannot adequately cope with the demands being made on them or with the threats to their well-being .





1. Self Development 

    You can self development by yourself. it is like to reading book , positive thinking , do good thing , improve your knowledge and share what you have to everyone around you.


2. Do what you love

    When you want to do anything you should do it,but don't forget to think that it is right or wrong . If it's right , you must do . When you do what you love it make you happy, feeling fresh and help you to do a good work.


 

3. Follow a healthy routine

    Healthy routine is a good eat everyday. Good eating is eating a lot fresh vegetables, good meats, drink water because  it 's a lot of benefit and help a good body and good healthy. it makes full power for you to do different everything.


 

4. Have discipline 

    When you have good discipline it makes you feel good , not lazy, not boring and not confuse. it's makes you to do well in your works. it's eliminate stress too. when you manage your discipline that your goal will achieve too.
