How to Use Breathing Techniques to Reduce Stress

                Stress is a normal part of life, but it can be difficult to cope with it. Breathing techniques can be helpful way to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.
                When you're stressed, your body goes into**(fight or fight)** mode. This means that your heart rate and breathing increases . Breathing Techniques can help to slow down your heart rate, Relax and calm down your mind.

1.Pursed-lip breathing:
    
                 This is a type of breathing exercise that involves inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through pursed lips. 2. Box breathing:

                    This is a type of breathing exercise that involves inhaling for a count of 4, holding your breath for a count of 4, exhaling for a count of 4, and holding your breath for a count of 4. Repeat for 5-10 minutes.

Here are tips for using breathing to reduce stress:

* Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
* Sit  in a comfortable position.
* Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
* Breathe slowly and deeply.
* If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath.
* Continue for 5-10 minutes.
