Stress solving !!

 

what is stress? So, have you ever gotten stress? And Why you get stress? How to reduce stress?

    Stress is an inevitable part of our live. It come from various source such as work, school, money, society, health or family problem. To be honest stress is a natural problem that people around the world will meet in the part of their life. While this stress is not very difficult situation because most of people can solve it and get happy.

    People around the world always get stress even rich people or poor people . On the other hand not everybody get stress because of the same reason, everybody lives in the same universe but not the same situation that make we have different problem or different attitude base on our living area.

So There are Fours  tips to reduce stress :

ffff1. Get enough sleep 

cff    Firstly, Change your bad sleeping routine like make yourself get relax by sleeping between 7 to 8 hours. We should also try to create a relaxing sleep environment by lowering the lights, and using comfortable bedding. A good night's sleep allows our bodies and minds to recharge, and it helps us to wake up feeling rested and refreshed.  

2.Take a break 
    Taking a break is the most important thing to do when feeling stressed. It provides us to  escape from our problems. if we compare ourselves to a phone like the phone has limits battery and people also So we need to charge the battery to our life by taking a break. Exactly we can take a break from our work or study around 20 to 30 minutes. During this we can get some food or some exercise or sleep.
3.Practice self-care 
We should be kind to ourselves and follow your heart like doing something that make you feel good. It is very important to remember that self-care is not selfish, but rather a necessary component of healthy lifestyle.
4. Practice mindfulness 
We can practice mindfulness by doing some activities such as mediitation, deep breathing, or simply focusing on our breathing for a few minutes. Then it wills make you feel better. 

 In conclusion, stress is very much influence to our health. . Therefore, we need to take care of ourselves that is the main thing to reduce stress. By taking breaks, getting enough sleep, practicing self-care, and practicing mindfulness, we can pleasure our stressed selves and lead healthier, happier lives. Remember that we must love ourselves and please be kind to ourselves.
